good and bad

bad news first. i had a serious spillage issue during my morning pumping session. first, about 2/3rds of the way through i notice both sides are leaking onto my pants. that's the trouble with dealing with body-temp fluids- you don't notice when you've spilled on yourself! (same goes for spit up, can be amusing at times). i guess the bags were resting funny, so they leaked out the top. so i adjusted and finished up, only to have a very full bag topple over and i lost a good 2-3 ounces. grrr! now i have to spend the rest of my day with a huge stain on my pants. (fortunately only one side will stain because it had more fatty goodness, the other side was extra full and watery, so less of a stain.)

but, the good news is great! last night while getting nissa ready for bed, i took off her socks and cleaned the lint off of her toes. she's usually squirmy when i do this, but last night i actually got a laugh out of her! it was great. she is officially ticklish on her feet and will laugh when you do it! too too cool.
